Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your MORFAC order. Please read our RETURN POLICES below:


We accept Returns up to 30 DAYS. 

  • ALL RETURNS MUST INCLUDE STAINLESS STEEL MORFAC BOTTLE, TOP, and ALL COMPARTMENTS.
  • Customer returns will be initiated thru CONTACT MORFAC (to begin process).
  •  Customers must PAY for Return Shipping thru their choice of shipper (i.e. FED EX, UPS, USPS).
  • Please send MORFAC an email thru, Contact Us to begin process.
  • Please provide the reason for RETURN.
  • Please allow MORFAC 10- 14 Business Days for all REFUNDS.
  • All REFUNDS will be reviewed by our Customer Service Department for approval.
  • We will contact you back via EMAIL with information about your RETURN.
